Full Beef

With an order of a whole beef you can give our butcher custom instructions on all cuts, including size of packages. We typically include the following: T-Bone Steak (8 x 2" steaks), 2 Standing Rib Roasts, Sirloin Steak (4 x 2" steaks), Ground Round, Chuck Roast (3-4 x 3 lb, roasts), Shoulder Roast (3-4 x 3 lb roasts), Rump Roast (3 x 3 lb roasts), Sirloin Tip (3 x 3 lb packages), Stew Meat (4-6 lbs), Short Ribs (2 x 3 pieces), Ground Beef (80 x 1 lb packages)
